Challenges: Customer was bidding for a global supply tender to one the worlds largest European company. Due to the size of the components, multiple SKUs and the low shipping volume it was difficult for them to get the best prices and be competitive in their offering.

Solution: Through deep diving into packaging, process walk and understanding of the manufacturing method we came up with standardization as a solution to have leverage on volumes. Not only it help to drive scale for procurement but also ease the managing of supply chain for multiple SKUs and consolidation of cargo in a mix pallet.
